With the help of the video above, Suzie's Pastry broke their sales record for the most sales ever made in a single month since they opened shop almost a decade ago. The combination of appealing to a younger demographic, engaging content, and strategic social media incentives resulted in unprecedented growth and brand visibility. 

First, we created engaging content for the new product. We hired actors who fit the target age demographic and crafted a relatable script designed to resonate with this younger audience.

Our content creation process included producing various edits: long-form videos, short-form clips, user-generated content (UGC), and GIFs. These diverse formats were tailored to each digital platform, from Instagram and TikTok to Google Ads.

We then launched the campaign with an irresistible offer: a free pastry for anyone who posted themselves enjoying our Dubai Chocolate on their social media accounts.

This Video Broke Records for Suzie's Pastry

When Suzie's Pastry reached out to us, they were looking to expand their customer base. While 82% of their customers were over the age of 35, they wanted to attract more customers between the ages of 15 and 30.

To achieve this goal, we advised them to introduce a pastry that would appeal to the younger demographic. After careful consideration, we decided to go with the viral sensation: the Dubai Chocolate.
